World Charity Golf Challenge Rules And Regulations

All World Charity Golf Challenge Participants understand and acknowledge that this is a televised event and agree to sign a photo release form prior to their participating in the World Charity Golf Challenge provided by eTour Golf prior to or during the registration process.
 

The Purse

Total Approximate Retail Value of the Prizes is: US $200,000.00 with a $1,000,000 Hole In One and $10,000 putting contest.

An all expenses paid trip to the playoff in Las Vegas to compete for the Grand Prizes.

Two Grand Prize Reverse Draws* will be made at the playoff for: Male (1), Female (1): A His and Hers, Brand New 2009 Porsche Cayenne;

Trip for two (2) to the Masters 2010("Trip"). Trip consists of round-trip coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from an International Airport (serviced by the airline providing air travel for eTour) near the winner's residence to Augusta, Georgia for five (5) nights (standard hotel accommodations (hotel to be announced - one room, double occupancy) or hotel of equal value; 6 days Full Size car rental; and admission to see the rounds of the 2010 Master's (Total Approximate Retail Value: (US10,000). PRIZE WINNER MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE TRIP ON DATES SELECTED BY SPONSORS AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION. All meals, gratuities, and other expenses not specifically mentioned are the sole responsibility of winner. Trip is subject to hotel and air travel availability, blackout/holiday dates an all other prize and trip conditions and restrictions. Trip winner and his/her guest must travel together.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prize, or prize component, except that Sponsors at their sole discretion may substitute a prize, or prize component, of comparable value due to prize, or prize component, unavailability for any reason. Any depiction of prize is for illustrative purposes only.

Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during Registration Period. Random drawings will be conducted from the Registrants for prizes donated from our sponsors and hosts.

Each finalist will receive 5 entries into a reverse draw for the grand prizes. “Reverse Draw” definition: At the end of each day there will be 60 names drawn and eliminated from the entries. The last 4 names drawn, 2 men and 2 women will win the grand prizes. Throughout the week there will be other opportunities to purchase and win more entries into the draw.

Please Note: Taxes and all other expenses not identified as included in the prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner(s). Prize(s) may not be transferred, sold, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability.

Notification: Finalists (Participants) will be notified via email, and/or telephone. The Finalists must respond to notification within 5 business days of date of notification, or their status will be forfeited.

Code Of Conduct

Finalists are aware that Golf Club's course policy prohibits the use of obscene or foul language in any of course controlled public area at any time.

Finalists agree that, while on the course Premises, each Finalist shall maintain conduct in conformity with conventional public standards of behavior for family entertainment, conventional and traditional morals and standards of decency. While on the COURSE Premises no Finalist shall commit any act or do anything that could tend to degrade eTour Event, or its officers, directors, agents, servants or employees to public scorn, hatred, contempt or ridicule.

While on course Premises, each Finalist agrees to act in a courteous fashion toward any and all guests, customers or patrons of COURSE not withstanding that said guest, customer or patron could be hostile to Finalist.

While on course Premises, each Finalist agrees to cooperate in all respects with the reasonable directions of Course and eTour's personnel, or any other authorized representative of Course and eTour.

Golf Attire

All Finalists must wear appropriate golf attire that does not display branding of any company other then that of eTour's Sponsors and Affiliates.

General

This tournament is subject to all federal, state, local laws, RCGA, R&A, USGA Rules of Golf and Amateur Status requirements in the participants Country.

eTourGolf.com, its employees, affiliates and its sponsors accept no responsibility for any Amateur member's failure to comply with their governing body. Void where prohibited. Rental Car will not be provided for anyone under the age of 21 and/or does not possess a valid Drivers license.

The winners agree that the Host, Sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates and their agents and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in eTour or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

Sponsors reserve the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. If, in Sponsor's sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this tournament, any violation of these Official Rules, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of eTour, Host and Sponsors reserve the right to terminate eTour and conduct a random drawing to award the prize(s) using all entries received as of the Entry Deadline. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of eTour is unlawful and subject to legal action by Host, Sponsors or their agents.

Limitations Of Liability

eTour entities are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed entries resulting from any reason, including: any hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions; typographical or system errors; problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers or computer equipment; or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at a Website, or any combination thereof.

eTour Entities are also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from registering, downloading any material for eTour or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an Registrants ability to participate. eTour Entities may prohibit you from participating in the eTour or winning a prize, if in their sole discretion they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the eTour by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or eTour Entities representatives.

If, for any reason, eTour is not capable of running tournament as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of eTour which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of ETour, eTour Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the event.
